A FAST GROWING REAL ESTATE ACQUISITION AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY WITH A BUSY, SMALL OFFICE IS SEARCHING FOR AN ENERGETIC, SELF-MOTIVATED INDIVIDUAL TO HANDLE A WIDE RANGE OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND CLERICAL RESPONSIBILITIES. THIS PERSON MUST BE VERY ORGANIZED AND ADAPTABLE WITH HIGHLY DEVELOPED INTERPERSONAL SKILLS AS WELL AS EXCELLENT VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS. THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE A TEAM PLAYER WITH A POSITIVE ATTITUDE WHO HAS A KEEN INTEREST IN LEARNING AND GROWING WITH OUR EXPANDING PORTFOLIO. THIS POSITION WILL BE OFFERED INITIALLY ON A PART-TIME BASIS AS A CONTRACT EMPLOYEE WITH THE POTENTIAL OF EXPANDING TO A FULL-TIME EMPLOYEE.

ASSIST THE OPERATIONS MANAGER WITH MAINTENANCE REQUESTS AND CITY INSPECTIONS
PROCESS UTILITY BILLS FOR PORTFOLIO OF PROPERTIES
INTERACT WITH VARIOUS METRO-DETROIT CITY HALL OFFICES, OCCASIONALLY IN-PERSON, AS REQUIRED
HANDLE A BROAD RANGE OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND CLERICAL DUTIES
JOB TYPE: PART-TIME CONTRACT EMPLOYEE (25 HOURS/WEEK) WITH POTENTIAL TO EXPAND TO A FULL-TIME EMPLOYEE
LOCATION: BIRMINGHAM, MI
PAY: $15-$18 PER HOUR WITH OPPORTUNITY FOR PERFORMANCE BASED BONUSES AND INCREASES
