Spend your days poolside delivering exceptional hospitality in a beautiful resort setting! South Coast Winery Resort & Spa is seeking an energetic, guest-focused Cabana Server to provide outstanding food and beverage service while creating memorable experiences for our resort guests.

What You'll Do:

As a Cabana Server, you'll be the face of our poolside dining experience by providing friendly, attentive service in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Responsibilities include:

Welcome guests and provide exceptional poolside hospitality

Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer guest questions

Take accurate food and beverage orders, including special requests

Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring quality and presentation

Process guest payments accurately using our point-of-sale system

Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly while following all state liquor laws

Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting pool deck and service areas

Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate

Support teammates and assist with opening, closing, and side work as needed

What We're Looking For:

Must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcoholic beverages

Previous restaurant, resort, poolside, or hospitality experience preferred

Food Handler Card and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification required (or ability to obtain)

Excellent communication and guest service skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented

Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift and lift up to 30 pounds
