We are searching for an experienced Chief Operating Officer to organize and manage our law firm day-to-day operations and oversee client service. You will manage the company's procedures and guide its employees to ensure it is well-coordinated and productive. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Legal and other department heads to ensure that operations are running smoothly and all budget goals are met. Responsibilities: • Communicate with all department management teams to ensure that operations run smoothly • Incorporate guest satisfaction into staff meetings, with a focus on coming up with new methods to enhance performance over time • The COO is especially focused on growth, profitability, and culture. The COO works closely with the CEO and rest of the executive team on strategy, policy, problem-solving, and decision-making. Qualifications: • The COO must have the equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or a related field, or equivalent work experience. • The COO will have significant supervisory experience and experience working in a professional services firm. • Experience in law firm budgeting, bookkeeping, and human resources is highly preferred. • It is essential for the COO to be “in the know” about technology and profitability trends to ensure the Firm is maximizing technology and resource developments to increase capacity and efficiency. • The COO is responsible for developing, updating and monitoring policies and procedures across multiple offices. Compensation: $180,000
