    Are you a financial specialist capable of overseeing daily accounting operations while maintaining a strong focus on profitability? You might be the perfect candidate for our next Accounting Manager! We seek a passionate, detail-oriented specialist who can monitor internal control systems and make necessary modifications that affect the firm's bottom line by focusing on profitability. You will be in charge of payroll processing, monthly forecasting, reconciling general ledger accounts, and creating an annual budget. Our ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and at least three years of management experience, preferably in the client service industry. Responsibilities: • Oversee the daily accounting operations and respond to questions from the team • Manage accounts receivable team, both billing and collections • Manage accounts payable process and client re-billing for costs • Assess a list of daily revenue activity to ensure accountability, balance general ledger accounts, and fix any discrepancies or problematic accounts • Oversee the biweekly payroll process • Update cash forecast weekly • Prepare financial and managerial reports for management Qualifications: • Advanced-level Excel user • Advanced QBO skills • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred • Bilingual in Spanish • Superior customer service skills, management skills, relationship skills, and communication skills • Experience with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, balance sheet account reconciliations, and monthly financial statement preparation Compensation: $76,000 - $86,000 yearly DOE
