Responsibilities

Arrive on time, in uniform (logoed shirt & proper work attire)

Follow the project manager’s instructions and company Trustpoints

Maintain a clean, organized work area and van — clean up daily

Communicate progress to the project manager each day

Work efficiently while maintaining top-quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience in:

Cabinet demo, installation, and refacing

Installing crown molding with tight seams

Ability to:

Apply cabinet veneer

Drill for hinges, install doors, drawer fronts, and roll-out trays

Assemble cabinets and deliver materials to job sites

Receive and organize materials in the warehouse

Safely operate power tools (table saw, band saw, routers, planers, nail guns, etc.)

Other Requirements:

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Able to follow directions precisely without deviation

Professional, friendly customer interaction

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Physically capable of performing job duties

Must pass a criminal background check
