Join our team at Andrew's Fixture! We are a looking for a reliable and motivated person to take ownership of our cabinet deliveries to ensure timely delivery of our products and assist with cabinet assembly. This role is perfect for someone who values craftsmanship, teamwork, and quality.

Position: Cabinet Delivery Specialist & Assembly Support

Key Responsibilities as Delivery Team Member

· Safely load, transport, and deliver cabinets to client locations.

· Planning efficient delivery and pick up routes daily and communicating with recipients.

· Verifying all parts and hardware for a delivery are accounted for before making deliveries.

· Inspecting products before delivery to ensure quality standards and communicating issues with the Team.

· Communicate effectively with clients and team members during delivery.

· Ensure delivery vehicle and equipment are maintained and in good condition.

· Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.

Other Responsibilities

· Everyone at Andrew’s is expected to step up as needed to lend a hand in Production

· You will be trained to assist in Cabinet Assembly to help get products out the door.

· You may also be trained to operate some machinery and operate a forklift

· Everyone at Andrew’s steps up to help keep the shop safe, clean and maintained

Qualifications

· You must be at least 25 years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

· Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.

· Basic knowledge of cabinet assembly and woodworking tools.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

· Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused attitude.
