We are currently searching for a Cabinet Installation Assistant to join our growing team. This is an entry-level role, so the ideal candidate will be excited to grow their career in the field of installation.

The Cabinet Installation Assistant will:

Assist Lead Installers with the installation of products in a safe, high-quality, productive and profitable fashion in our customers homes.

Helps experienced installers by preparing job sites, loading/unloading materials, measuring, cutting wood, holding cabinets, and performing cleanup.

Focusing on hands-on learning with tools like saws and drills to build carpentry skills for installation.

Demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction by communicating what is necessary in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion.

Operate company tools, etc. in a safe manner.

Requirements

No degree, certification, or specific experience is required. We are looking for coachable candidates!

Clean driving record.

Able to pass DOT physical.

Customer-oriented, friendly, and punctual.

Requires physical stamina and attention to detail to ensure quality and efficiency.

Possess and maintain a current driver’s license, good driving record, and able to operate company vehicle in safe manner.
