    Hi-Design Custom Cabinetry is a family-owned, medium-sized company specializing in high-end custom residential cabinetry and millwork. We are seeking an experienced, full-time Cabinet Installer to join our team. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who takes pride in craftsmanship, works independently, and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. The successful candidate will install custom cabinetry to the highest standards while representing our company on job sites. Employee benefits: • Full-time, permanent position (minimum 40 hours/week) • 8-hour shifts • Overtime pay available • Hourly rate based on experience and performance • Company vehicle provided • Company cellphone provided • Tools provided • Gas card provided Responsibilities: • Install high-end custom residential cabinetry and millwork on-site • Read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications • Ensure precise measurements, alignment, and finishing • Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges independently • Maintain a clean and safe job site • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and managers • Travel to job sites, including occasional out-of-town work • Properly use and maintain tools, equipment, and a company vehicle Qualifications: • Minimum 3+ years of cabinet installation experience (required) • Proven experience with high-end residential cabinetry • Previous employment references required • Valid driver’s license • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Physically capable of handling installation work • Must be reliable, motivated, and professional • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada (Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident) • Must currently reside in Canada • Able to commit to full-time, permanent employment (no subcontractors) Compensation: $36 - $40 hourly
