Role Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for installing custom products for high-end clients, ensuring exceptional quality and service every step of the way. You’ll work within a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
2+ years of carpentry experience in the remodeling industry.
Strong work ethic and pride in delivering quality craftsmanship.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work efficiently in a physically demanding role.
A commitment to punctuality, professionalism, and high standards of workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
Install high-end, custom-designed products in clients' homes with precision and care.
Submit installation paperwork daily (training provided).
Maintain an organized company vehicle, ensuring efficient transportation and readiness for each job.
Adhere to safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
Address and resolve any on-site issues promptly and professionally.
Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring satisfaction with completed projects.
