    We are a growing custom cabinetry and woodworking company seeking a skilled and dependable Cabinet Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in cabinet construction, woodworking, and shop equipment operation. We are looking for individuals who take pride in producing quality craftsmanship and working as part of a team.

    Job Summary

    The Cabinet Maker is responsible for building, assembling, and finishing custom cabinets, countertops, and millwork products according to specifications and shop drawings. This position requires attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to safely operate woodworking equipment.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders.

    Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood, plywood, laminates, and other materials.

    Operate woodworking machinery including table saws, routers, sanders, planers, edge banders, and related equipment.

    Build and assemble custom cabinets, drawers, doors, and millwork components.

    Install cabinet hardware including hinges, drawer slides, and handles.

    Sand, stain, paint, and finish cabinetry as required.

    Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.

    Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

    Assist with loading, unloading, and preparing products for delivery.

    Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.

    Work effectively with shop personnel and management to meet production deadlines.

    Qualifications

    Required

    High School Diploma or GED.

    Ability to accurately read a tape measure and perform basic math calculations.

    Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

    Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in a shop environment for extended periods.

    Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

    Reliable transportation and attendance.

    Preferred

    2+ years of cabinet making, woodworking, carpentry, or millwork experience.

    Experience operating woodworking machinery.

    Ability to read and interpret shop drawings.

    Experience with laminate work and cabinet installation.

    CNC machine experience is a plus.
