    As a Cabinet Sales Representative at Knight Cabinetry, you are a driven and results-oriented individual who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and closing deals.     In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business and managing existing accounts, selling custom cabinetry to clients, and collaborating with the inside designer to create technical drawings. You will work with a team of dedicated professionals who are committed to providing the highest level of quality and service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Actively prospect for new business opportunities : Utilize a variety of strategies, including cold-calling, networking, and referrals, to identify and engage potential customers. Your goal will be to generate leads and set up appointments with builders, contractors, architects, interior designers, and homeowners.

    Ideally you come with a network of contractors and designers you can reach out to!

    Build and maintain long-term relationships : Cultivate strong relationships with clients and partners to drive customer loyalty and retention. By understanding their unique needs and providing customized solutions, you will become their go-to resource for cabinet-related requirements.

    Collaborate with the inside design team : Listen to clients' needs and preferences and collaborate closely with our talented inside design team to develop customized cabinet solutions that exceed their expectations. By combining your sales expertise with their design knowledge, you will deliver outstanding customer experiences.

    Execute targeted campaigns and increase brand awareness : Work hand-in-hand with our marketing team to create and execute campaigns that generate inbound leads and raise brand awareness. You will deliver compelling sales presentations and collateral materials, leveraging digital marketing tools and platforms to maximize campaign effectiveness.

    Maintain accurate records and provide sales updates : Utilize our CRM software and sales-related tools to track all sales activities and progress. By providing regular updates to sales management on pipeline and forecast, you will contribute to strategic decision-making and ensure efficient operations.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Proven sales experience in the cabinetry or related industry
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Knowledge of cabinetry and design software is a plus
    • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
