JOB SUMMARY FOR THE CUSTOMER ACCOUNT SPECIALIST:
Answering calls, chats and emails in a fast-paced environment to assist our customers challenges, training needs, and general support. Manage the customer’s complete order lifecycle from lead recognition to referral. Responsible for understanding and anticipating the needs of the customer and building a long-term post-sales relationship.
