Responsibilities:

Lead cable plant, managing ~1,350 tickets/year for cabling infrastructure supporting ~2,000 users.

Oversee site surveys (~18/year), installations, and maintenance per NTISSIAM TEMPEST/2-95 and NEC 2011.

Ensure PDS compliance, including weekly tests and analysis per CNSSI No. 7003 (100% reporting, 99.5% uptime AQL).

Deliver monthly cable plant drawings, installation plans, and AARs.

Coordinate with local telephone providers for phone-related tasks.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

5+ years of cable plant management experience in DoD environments.

DoD 8570.01-M/8140 IA certification (e.g., Security+).

Knowledge of TEMPEST and PDS standards.

Security Clearance: Top Secret with SCI eligibility (Tier 5 investigation, immediate SCI access).
