Responsibilities:

Respond to cabling tickets (~1,350/year), performing fault isolation and corrective actions.

Conduct site surveys (~18/year), additions, modifications, and removals per approved plans.

Update cable plant documentation, including drawings and incident reports.

Support installation of patch panels and cables per NTISSIAM TEMPEST/2-95.

Assist with phone-related tasks (e.g., coordinating with providers).

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

2+ years of cabling experience in DoD environments.

DoD 8570.01-M/8140 IA certification (e.g., Security+) if handling IA tasks.

Familiarity with TEMPEST and NEC standards.

Security Clearance: Top Secret with SCI eligibility (Tier 5 investigation, immediate SCI access).
