    GENERAL SUMMARY:

    As a member of the Information Security team supporting a world-class law firm, the Identity and Access Control Program Manager will play a critical role in the development, execution, and future direction of the firm's Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on architectural, implementation, account life cycle management, workflow, governance and engineering experience supporting a mature IAM program.

    The Identity and Access Control Program Manager is expected to perform all responsibilities with a commitment to providing superior service to the firm’s clients, attorneys, advisors and staff, and maintaining an atmosphere of teamwork and continuous improvement. Above all, the Identity and Access Control Program Manager must fulfill the needs of the firm in a manner which is consistent with the Firm's Core Values.

     

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (DUTIES ARE PERFORMED THROUGHOUT EVERY WORK DAY, AS NECESSARY):

    • Works directly with internal teams on integration requirements including access control, provisioning, de-provisioning, account lifecycle, group and distribution list management
    • Maintains system and operational protocols by writing and updating standard operating procedures
    • Maintain and support day to day operations of all aspects of the IAM program
    • Develops enterprise wide standards for identity and access management and develop a program roadmap
    • Maintain positive and collaborative working relationships with direct reports, peers, other IT personnel and other firm personnel consistent with the firm’s Core Values
    • Handle all other duties as assigned by the Data Compliance Manager, Director of Information Security or other firm management in a timely and productive manner

     

     

    ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

    • Demonstrates experience implementing enterprise architectures, platforms, policies and procedures for identity management
    • Experience with Microsoft Access Management, Active Directory, Azure, ADFS, Single Sign-On (SSO), Federated Authentication / SAML, and conditional access
    • Hands-on experience developing and deploying large-scale enterprise IAM solutions such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Oracle Identity Management, or Microsoft Forefront IDM
    • Experience with privileged access management (PAM) platforms such as CyberArk and multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions
    • Knowledgeable in cybersecurity technologies and practices and their relationship to IAM
    • Strong knowledge of information security principles and practices
    • Ability to read, write and speak English
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to read, comprehend and follow instructions
    • Ability to communicate with attorneys and staff in an effective, non-technical manner
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust to changing priorities in a professional manner
    • Willingness and ability to assume new tasks and responsibilities
    • Proven ability to maintain and update technical knowledge and skills

    EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/JOB EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

    • College degree or equivalent experience
    • Information Security or IT Operations background with minimum of three years’ experience

  • Qualifications

    Bachelor's Degree in Graphics: Teaching experience or work experience in the Graphics Industry; Implementation and interpretation of quality control standards devices and results. Prefer teaching experience at the college level. Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations representing a wide range of abilities, ages, nationalities and cultures. Experience with instructional technology preferred.

    Responsible for instruction and facilitating student learning; committed to student recruitment, retention and success; assessment of learning, development of curriculum and use of instructional delivery modes utilizing both traditional and non-traditional methodology.

    1. Teach assigned course which may include day, night, and online courses, as well as at the main campus and extension centers. Classes are to meet on time for the full allotted time.
    2. Establish and promote an effective learning environment that maximize documented student learning.
    3. Prepare, submit and maintain reports related to student learning.
    4. Grading assignments in a meaningful way to promote continued student growth, returning graded assignments to students in a timely manner, and assigning final grades for all students, meeting or beating all institutional deadlines for completion.
    5. Provide educational assistance to students during regularly scheduled and posted times (i.e., office hours) or by appointment.
    6. Encourage student opinion survey completion for each class and then reviewed after summary information available to assist with increasing student success.
    7. Maintain levels of professional knowledge and expertise, including compliance training or hour.
    8. Perform other duties as assigned.
