Job Description

CableLabs is looking for a versatile and highly motivated digital video production intern to create digital-first video products.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Drive the SOCIAL VIDEO STRATEGY, leveraging a knack for creativity and a keen sense for STORYTELLING to help us expand our online multimedia presence.

·        Work with the internal Marketing and Communications team to craft a range of external facing video content such as INTERVIEWS, EVENT COVERAGE, etc. for  blog and social media platforms.

·      Assist with managing video shoots and editing, with a high attention to detail

·      This position will be tasked with quickly CREATING INSIGHTFUL VIDEOS with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

·       Currently a pursuing a bachelors degree from an accredited university, senior preferred.

·       Proficient with video tools and platforms including Adobe Premiere, AfterEffects, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube

·       Knowledge of web and mobile environments as it relates to video

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·       Strong organizational and time management skills

·       Possess the ability to take direction and work on wide range of tasks and projects

·       Ability to work independently, as well as a team player

·       Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines

·       Has a passion to learn more and try marketing automation and modern marketing techniques

·       Posses enthusiasm for and understanding of innovative technologies, while not essential, will serve a candidate well.

·       Has a passion for digital marketing, trends and innovation in the digital and social space with remarkable writing skills to help manage and cultivate CableLabs’ digital presence.
