RESPONSIBILITIES
Efficiently enter and confirm orders using CaterZen Catering Software
Provide welcoming, friendly, and professional assistance to customers via phone calls and emails
Regularly review and plan for current and future catering orders
Communicate special instructions on orders to store managers and coordinate delivery details
Foster strong relationships with store managers
Assist store managers to resolve issues promptly and ensure accurate order fulfillment
Occasionally manage offsite events and conduct marketing activities
QUALIFICATIONS
Required to have professional phone/email etiquette
Strong communication and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Minimum of two years of customer service experience in a restaurant setting
Proficiency in using MS Outlook, MS Teams, and restaurant POS systems
Ability to comfortably sit or stand for extended periods
Hold a valid TX driver's license with a clean driving record
