As an Assistant Manager at Cabo Bob’s, you lead and coach alongside the General Manager. We want to teach you as much as you want to learn so that you grow with us. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working with a smile
Organize and plan for business
Constantly looking for ways to improve current processes
Interview candidates for employment
To instill our BBM (Be friendly, Be helpful, Make it great)
Pass down notes, complete temperature logs, clean up evaluations, prep lists, and restock checklists
Provide feedback to employees for growth and development
Attend weekly meetings with store managers to discuss business, staffing, produce orders, and service. These may include managers from other stores or leadership in the company.
Execute catering orders and online orders accurately
Work schedule to include day or opening shifts, night or closing shifts and mid shifts
Cultivate relationships with Staff, Guests and Management Team
Lead by positive example in all aspects of the job
Uphold and enforce policies
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Current Food Handler certificates
· Clean driving record
Ability to carry at least 50 lbs
Strong communication skills (English required, bilingual a plus)
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to reach, bend, squat, and lift while on the shift
Able to multitask
