Job Duties

Places and confirms orders using Caterzen Catering Software

Answers phone calls and emails in a welcoming, friendly and professional manner

Checks orders daily and plans for future orders

Communicates clear special instructions to stores for specific items and delivery details

Maintains strong store relationships

Accepts store calls from MODs to help solve issues to ensure orders are filled correctly

Some offsite event managing may be needed

some offsite marketing in the future

On rare occasions deliver orders to Clients

Qualifications

Must have professional phone/email etiquette

Strong communication & organizational skills with attention to detail

At least two years of restaurant based customer service

Experience using MS Outlook, MS Teams, and restaurant POS systems

Be able to sit or stand for long periods

Valid TX driver's license

Clean driving record
