· Job Duties

o Places and confirms orders using Caterzen Catering Software

o Answers phone calls and emails in a welcoming, friendly and professional manner

o Checks orders daily and plans for future orders

o Communicates clear special instructions to stores for specific items and delivery details

o Maintains strong store relationships

o Accepts store calls from MODs to help solve issues to ensure orders are filled correctly

o Some offsite event managing may be needed

o some offsite marketing in the future

o On rare occasions deliver orders to Clients

· Qualifications

o Must have professional phone/email etiquette

o Strong communication & organizational skills with attention to detail

o At least two years of restaurant based customer service

o Experience using MS Outlook, MS Teams, and restaurant POS systems

o Be able to sit or stand for long periods

o Valid TX driver license

o Clean driving record
