  • Responsibilities
    • Clean treatment rooms, locker rooms and studios, including shower cubicles, toilets, bathtubs, glass doors and windows.
    • Clean spa back of house areas, office and guest’s public areas, including glass doors and windows.
    • Clear waste bins from all areas.
    • Remove soiled linens from treatment rooms, locker rooms and studios and replenish with fresh new ones.
    • Replenish toiletries and amenities in locker rooms and treatment rooms.
    • Replenish drinking water in locker rooms and studios.
    • Maintain cleanliness throughout the Spa.
    • Ensure steam room, sauna and Jacuzzi are in working condition.
    • Ensure sauna bucket is always filled with water.
    • Ensure steam room, sauna and Jacuzzi are set to the correct temperature.
    • Sweep outdoor pool and Jacuzzi areas to ensure they are free of dry leaves.
    • Set up pool and Jacuzzi lounge with chaises cover, pool umbrellas and towels.
    • Send and collect linen from laundry department.
    • Report maintenance issue to engineering department.
    • Collect store requisition made by supervisor.
    • Run errand as instructed by managers and supervisors.
    • Any other duties that may be assigned by your manager from time to time.

    Required Skills

    • Hours will include, but not limited to, day and evening shifts, between 9:00am – 9:00pm.
    • The ability to interact within a diverse team environment.
    • Must be able to organize/prioritize tasks with detail
    • On occasions you will be required to act in a spa attendant supervisor role

    Required Experience

    • A minimum of three years’ experience within a Housekeeping department or in a Spa/Wellness environment, a plus.
    • Familiarity with hotel management system (Opera) and spa software systems (e.g. Reservation Assistant), preferred
    • Capable to read, write and speak English.
    • The ability to interact within a diverse team environment.
    • The ability to think and act quickly (problem solve)
  • Qualifications
