  • Responsibilities

    HOUSEKEEPER

    We're looking for a Housekeeper to join our Avanzando team in Ludlow, MA. The Housekeeper will focus on keeping building in clean and orderly condition. They will perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, vacuuming rugs, washing walls and glass, cleaning bathrooms, and removing trash.

    Required Skills

    • Clean facility or site.
    • Clean building walls or flooring.
    • Dispose of trash or waste materials.
    • Clean equipment or supplies.
    • Clean furniture or fixtures.
    • Confer with Program Director to coordinate other cleaning activities.
    • Select equipment, materials, or supplies for cleaning or maintenance activities.
    • Move furniture to clean.
    • Maintain equipment or systems to ensure proper functioning.

    Required Experience

    • High School/GED +2 yrs. experience.
    • Minimum one years’ experience.
    • Valid driver’s license and must meet the agencies requirements for driving history records.
    • Prior Housekeeping Experience and References.
