Responsibilities: • **3D Modeling, Design & Layout: **Create detailed 3D architectural structures and 2D fabrication drawings using Revit, Advanced Steel, SolidWorks, and other CAD tools, ensuring accuracy and alignment with design intent. Ability to produce BOMs and Shop Drawings needed. • Collaborative Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure build feasibility, optimize designs, and resolve any technical challenges. • Documentation & Communication: Maintain clear and precise records, document design revisions, and communicate updates to team members and stakeholders. • CNC Program Integration: Utilize Router-CIM automation (training provided) to push part programs to CNC and automated manufacturing machines, ensuring seamless manufacturing integration. • Construction Verification: Verify designs during the construction phase, adjusting as necessary to meet project specifications and real-world conditions. • Design Enhancement: Develop designs from third-party CAD files or manual measurements, continuously refining and improving design elements. • Ongoing Learning: Stay current with software updates and new design tools, ensuring your skills remain at the cutting edge of the industry. • Time Management: Prioritize and manage tasks efficiently, meeting project deadlines and contributing to the successful completion of projects, sometimes requiring extended hours as needed. Qualifications: • Advanced knowledge of 3D architectural design software such as Revit, Advanced Steel, SolidWorks, and other CAD tools • Stellar attention to detail, teamwork abilities, communication skills, and organizational skills • Must have 4+ years of experience in architectural design • Possess a firm grasp on the industry as a whole and stay up-to-date on evolving trends in architectural technologies • 2-year degree or equivalent experience in architecture, design, construction engineering, or related field is desired Compensation: $65,000
