  • Responsibilities

    The person who occupies this position reports to the Elk Grove Plant Manager and has primary accountability for the overall success, effectiveness, and efficiency of the SAP computer system for purchasing, processing of goods and services needed for Large Format, Small Format and Digital Department.

    Required Skills

    • Supports general business operations through the completion of administrative tasks.
    • Switchboard Operator
    • Meets and greets Visitors and Contractors
    • Supports SQF Certification and HSE Visitor Safety Practice compliance.
    • P-Card Purchaser and process in ESP (credit card reconciliation)
    • Requisitioner in SAP for PO’s, and process check requests in Readsoft.
    • CLM (Process Vendor contracts)
    • Administrator for Staples and FedEx. Contact for postage and postage equipment. Contact for printer/copiers, Ricoh Support., Contact for Carpet cleaning service.
    • Notary Public, Handling of Service of Process Procedures, Handling of Checks, Customer and Miscellaneous- forms to Accounts Receivable- mail to Lockbox.
    • Phone and D-list owner, Salaried Employee recognition of Anniversary and Birthdates
    • IT Site Support for the Elk Grove Complex
    • Record Retention and East Bank Storage- offsite storage
    • Front Lobby Monitor, Welcome and other current company information (Power Point)
    • Welcome/Assist new employees- nameplates, mail slots, phone list, and other general information and office support needs.
    • Ensures important office services information is communicated to staff and other important internal and external contacts; ensures that communication channels are established and used so that important information is exchanged as needed.
    • Other duties as assigned.
