This role exists to provide the Park with night time maintenance cleaning and support
SUMMARY OF MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain the cleanliness of roadways and pedestrian walkways using high-pressure water hose.
- Collect refuse and recyclable material.
- Train in operation of all-terrain vehicle.
- Develops a work timetable for any assigned area to insure tasks are completed timely.
- This position is subject to random inspections of personal vehicles, personal items brought on park, as well as storage areas.
- Management reserves the right to change and/or add to these duties at any time.

- Able to maintain dependable work attendance and flexibility with assigned work schedules including any required overtime, evenings, weekends and holidays.

- Able to prioritize tasks and complete assignments on time.
- Able to operate/drive a motor vehicle.
- Able to endure temperatures of 0 to 110 degrees.

- Able to lift up to 100 pounds.
Required Experience
- At least 6 months of work experience that demonstrates successful execution of similar duties and responsibilities in a commercial/industrial environment.
- Must have a motor vehicle license and state required auto insurance.
- Must pass post-employment offer criminal background check.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
