  • Responsibilities

    An MRI technologist performs quality MRI imaging procedures at the request of a licensed independent practitioner. MRI technologists play a critical role in the delivery of health services in an acute care hospital environment while providing patient centric care at all times. An MRI technologist is expected to exercise independent professional and ethical judgment at all times.

    Required Experience

    Required:

    • BCLS
    • ARRT (MR)
    • Certificate in Venipuncture

    Preferred:

    • Certificate from an accredited MRI program
    • Previous MRI experience in a hospital environment
    • Spanish speaking
    • State of California CRT
