  • Responsibilities

    Senior Director, Human Resources serves as a strategic partner to influence and guide the development and deployment of strategies, programs, policies, and procedures, ensuring human resources support activities are aligned with the overall business strategy, and overseeing the implementation of organizational change efforts. The Senior Director, of HR will work collaboratively with the Human Resources centers of expertise to develop and deliver effective talent programs, policies, and practices that drive business results and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.

    Required Experience

    Required:

    • Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

    • HR certifications (SHRM-CP, or PHR)

    • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.

    • Preferred:

    • * Five (5) years of health care experience.
