    This is a Part-time Seasonal position.

    This position begins Now and ends 12/30/2023.

    Summary: Portrays role in dramatic comedic, romantic, or musical production to interpret character or present characterization to the audience by performing the following duties.

    Must be at least 18 years of age.

    We are specifically looking for a musician who plays the drums.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned)

    • Rehearses parts to learn songs, lines, and cues as directed.
    • Reads music and plays in an ensemble in rehearsal and performances.
    • Wears costume to change or enhance appearance and portrayal of character or role.
    • Takes direction from the Director or directs self and others in the production.

    Required Skills

    Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

    • Able to communicate efficiently
    • Expressive abilities, poise, stage presence, and a feel for music are required
    • The ability to read sheet music is preferred.

    Physical Requirements:

    • The ability to lift and/or move 10 pounds frequently to 50 pounds maximum
    • The ability to stand and walk on uneven terrain, inclines, asphalt, and concrete continuously
    • The ability to perform choreographed actions related to performing frequently
    • The ability to remember locations, understand and carry out instructions
    • The ability to work in extreme weather occasionally

    Required Experience

    • Previous experience in theme park, theater, and amateur or professional productions is preferred.
    • Live stage performance experience is required.
    • Formal training in music theory is required.
