    We are looking for a QUOTATIONS SPECIALIST - LIGHTING at our Billings, MT location.

     

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    • Coordination of all lighting quotations
    • Establish and maintain good working relations with all our key lighting vendors
    • Ability to efficiently navigate lighting related software packages
    • Strategize between vendors, customers and our sales associates to control and win profitable jobs
    • Produce quotations, bills of material, and create workable project hand-off documents
    • Support both our Construction and Industrial sales teams
    • Set industry standards for professionalism in accurate, quality quotations, timely follow-up, on time submittals and in general, exceed our customer expectations
    • Work with IMT to ensure stock compatibility with the current market demands and customer preferences
    • Manage vendor pricing agreements
    • Participate in hand-off meetings with Quotes and Account Managers.
    • Provide accurate professional documentation, Tracking sheets, submittals and O&Ms (Operations and Maintenance) forms/information.
    • Provide excellent customer service Facilitate project storage.
    • Resolve customer issues.
    • Manage project billings.
    • Other duties as assigned

     

     

    WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

     

    • Commitment to constant improvement, teamwork and DIRTFT attitude
    • Ability to work directly with customers and suppliers
    • Able to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize
    • Computer literate in SSM, CRM, Adobe, Word, Outlook, and Excel
    • Able to utilize internet to get product information from manufacturer websites for submittal information.
    • Ability to work with manufacturer provided software for pricing and product information
    • Detail oriented
    • Can-do attitude, work well as part of a team
    • Ability to learn manufacturer pricing programs
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong leadership qualities and teambuilding spirit
    • Minimum 1-year electrical distributor experience

     

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

     

    • Office environment, mainly seated at a desk

    • Frequent computer and phone use

    • Standing and lifting in support of counter sales

    • Full time 40-hour work-week Monday through Friday however based on business needs evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required.

    • Requires regular and reliable on-site attendance
