    Job Description

    Base of $17-$18 depending on experience + $1 for bilingual Spanish/Portuguese language skills!

    Monthly bonus opportunities after first 60 days, up to $1,000 per month.

    At Alpha Warranty, you’ll have the opportunity to connect and collaborate with members of our awesome team for success in your job responsibilities, which, in addition to what we’ve described above, also include:

    • Utilizing internal CRM and email to accurately manage clients’ requests, regardless of region/territory.
    • Monitoring inbound emails through shared inbox and maintaining 2-hour max response time.
    • Providing inbound phone and chat queue coverage with other Sales Support Reps.
    • Overseeing the initial onboarding of all new dealer signups, ensuring training completion and smooth transitions for clients between teams.
    • Providing technical support for our dealer portal, Zoom, and maintaining accurate knowledge of site functionality.

    WHAT YOU NEED FOR SUCCESS:

    • Call center experience in a business-facing customer service or sales environment of 2+ years
    • Clear and professional verbal and written English communication skills – bilingual Spanish/English skills are highly valued and preferred, but not required.
    • Comfort navigating current technology such as computers, phones, internet, and various software simultaneously.
    • Accurate typing skills with a speed of at least 50+ WPM.
    • High-quality results with a strong attention to details.
    • Thoughtful problem-solving skills, good judgement, and the willingness to find solutions
    • Ability to collaboratively work with others, including a willingness to step up when extra help is needed
    • Capacity to embrace change and new opportunities as we continue to grow
    • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
