    Cadnetics is transforming a range of industries touched by the AEC community to accelerate collaboration and coordination. We are seeking a full-time BIM COORDINATOR to capture and express our company and client's visions before and after construction to provide every stakeholder a powerful way to construct, maintain, and update a space. From producing a model from an architect's design or helping a realtor build a virtual tool, our BIM Coordinators can handle any project and we would love you to join our team!

    The ideal candidate will support the technical team to ensure work is completed on time and on budget. They will create and maintain BIM and/or 3D models for project specific requirements and to ensure adherence to established specifications and standards. Position requirements include, but are not limited to:

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Reviews mark ups and redlines project drawings for Project Leads and/or Technology Specialists
    • Reviews and authorizes all work before sending to client
    • Oversees the process of project drawing creation through all phases, schematic design, design development, construction documents, all phases of submittals, as needed on each project
    • Proactively identifies and communicates areas of deficiency/gaps along with proposed solutions on projects to support timely completion of work
    • Reviews project files for compliance with standards
    • Assists engineers in drawing production, as needed
    • Produces accurate 2D drawings, 3D modeling initiatives and projects
    • Coordinates modeling/drawing production in line with project requirements and in conjunction with other disciplines
    • Technically delivers CAD/BIM projects in the role of CAD and BIM Coordination
    • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant project work experience
    • Intermediate level experience working with AutoCAD, Navisworks and Revit
    • Understanding of the VDC/CAD/BIM industry, concepts, practices, and procedures
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Experience within building services environment
    • Knowledge of and compliance with Foster + Partners procedures and standards

    REQUIREMENTS

    Work could be in an office and/or remote environment, with occasional travel.  The successful candidate will have excellent writing and oral communication skills and will be able to work both independently and with a team.
