Cadnetics has BIG plans to expand nationally. We are seeking a dynamic full-time MEP Revit Modeler to join our exciting team of professionals both in Pittsburgh and/or remotely. The ideal candidate will create and maintain VCS, BIM, and/or 3D models for project specific requirements and to ensure adherence to established specifications and standards.

CONTRIBUTE TO A TEAM ENVIRONMENT

• Work with your peers through your project workload and rebalance as necessary.
• Oversee the process of project drawing creation through all phases, schematic design, design development, construction documents, submittals through completion of the project.

SHOW OFF YOUR AMAZING ABILITIES

• Review mark-ups and redline project drawings.
• Produce accurate 2D drawings, 3D modeling initiatives and projects.
• Review project files for compliance with standards.
• Coordinate modeling/drawing production in line with project requirements and in conjunction with other disciplines.

SPECIFIC SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant project work experience.
• Intermediate level experience working with AutoCAD, Navisworks and Revit.
• Strong understanding of the VCS/CAD/BIM industry, concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience within a building services environment.
• Experience with sheet metal, piping, HVAC, Plumbing, and electrical is preferred
