Line Operator Cadon Plating - Wyandotte, MI 48192 Summary: Operates
various types of electrical and mechanical equipment to facilitate the
processing of stock, also acts as a line quality inspector. ESSENTIAL
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be
assigned. * Loads and unloads process equipment according to load
specific job instructions. Performs thickness tests on parts coming off
plating lines. * Visually inspects and trouble shoots for any existing
or potential problems. Communicates problems or concerns to immediate
supervisor. * Maintains established production requirements. * Keeps
work area neat and clean and free of any parts on the floor. *
Authorized to rerun up to two barrels of non-conforming product on the
automatics in accordance with QP 4. 13.1. * Records rejects on the daily
production sheet. Performs quality inspections in accordance to 4.10.2.
- Fills out and submits paperwork to facilitate company operations
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: * EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school
diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months
related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of
