Responsibilities: Handle contract process alongside Buyers' Agents to negotiate contracts to closing Handle all aspects of MLS and marketing listings to ensure quick sales Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure great customer service Provide a weekly report to clients on their listing status so we can maintain our good customer service standing Always be networking to help acquire new business Qualifications: Quick learner who is technologically savvy and able to learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing technologies Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself Enjoys talking on the phone and can convert lead inquiries into appointments Fast thinker and proactive Embraces a team-focused environment Compensation: $100,000+ commission potential
