We are seeking a dynamic and experienced D365 Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of various D365 modules, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations. You will be responsible for developing, delivering, and customizing training programs that meet our clients training needs.
Additional Responsibilities:
Assess training needs through identified change impacts, interviews, and communication with managers, SMEs, and Caf2Code staff.
Design, develop, and deliver training materials for instructor led training, video tutorials, job-aids, eLearning, and other appropriate training collateral.
Conduct Train the Trainer sessions to transfer training delivery knowledge to SME’s when applicable.
Administer post-training hyper-care training as needed through 1:1 and group interactions as needed.
Conduct post-training evaluation and analysis to determine training effectiveness.
Effectively communicate and adapt training content to learners of varying skill levels.
Quickly learn, design, apply, and disseminate new D365 concepts and updates into systems applications that translate into training content.
Though your role is primarily remote, Caf2Code and its clients may require you to travel up 25% of the time.
Your Experience Must Include:
3+ years of experience developing training for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.
Ability to think holistically when developing training for end users, stakeholders, and SME’s.
Pragmatic aptitude and approach to develop insights, recommendations, and training plans based on human behavior and adult learning styles.
