Job Summary: This position facilitates fellowship for the body of Christ through quality food and beverage production. Calvary Chapel must be your home church with regular attendance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Greet and serve customers with meal orders, questions, or concerns • Operate point of sale (POS) for customer cash and credit card transactions • Balance cash drawers at end of day • Participate in daily set-up and clean-up of kitchen and/or service areas • Maintain clean, safe dining spaces • Stock department supplies • Complete training class in operations of espresso machine and how to make specialty drinks • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Job Skills and Competencies • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication skills, and able to stay calm in stressful situations • Must be able to lift 25 pounds • Function within the established department parameters for non-work-related activities when on the clock • Dependable team-player who promotes unity and works well with people at all levels of the organization
