We are hiring Baristas at both our North Park and South Park locations.We are a counter service cafe focused on delivering high quality drinks, great food and excellent service to the communities we serve. We are looking for energetic team players who are customer service oriented, experience in the industry is a must!Duties & Responsibilities include:Uphold excellent customer service and a positive demeanor even in a busy environment.Learn and upsell all menu items.Greet and interact with all customers to provide everyone with an excellent experience in our cafes.Multi-task, bus and sanitize tables.Prepare hot and cold beverages, expo food, take out trash, etc.Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation.Operate cash register and follow established cash handling procedures.Ensure all areas of the cafe are clean and tidy.Maintain and clean the Barista area and cafe which includes sweeping, mopping, wiping down surfaces, etc.
