    Position Overview Supporting one of the largest QSR brands, the Store Manager will lead a team, drive results, and take ownership of a high-energy operation.     Key Responsibilities

    Team Leadership

    Manage the recruiting, hiring and training of team members

    Build a positive, accountable team culture

    Provide ongoing feedback, recognize performance and resolve team concerns

    Operations & Guest Experience

    Create a guest-first culture and lead by example to deliver excellent service

    Maintain brand standards, cleanliness, and food safety

    Ensure proper staffing to keep shifts running smoothly and efficiently

    Business & Financial Performance

    Drive sales and execute local marketing efforts

    Control labor, food costs, and cash handling

    Review performance and take action to improve results

    Administrative & Operational Support

    Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and ordering

    Forecast staffing and business needs

    Complete basic reporting and admin tasks

    What We’re Looking For

    1+ year of management or leadership experience (QSR/retail preferred)

    Strong communication and leadership skills with a demonstrated understanding of confidentiality

    Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on role

    Basic math, problem-solving, and computer skills

    High school diploma (or equivalent)

    ServSafe Certification (preferred)

    Reliable transportation

    What to Expect

    Flexible schedule (managers will work a 6 day workweek pending the operational needs of the store, including early mornings, weekends, holidays – shifts typically start at 4-5am)

    On your feet most of the shift (candidates should be able to sit, stand, traverse, etc. for up to 12 hours and lift up to 50lbs.)
