Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks, pour-overs, and specialty café beverages

Greet and engage customers, providing a warm and welcoming café experience

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, equipment, and café floor

Accurately handle cash and POS transactions

Restock supplies, monitor inventory, and communicate low stock to management

Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth, efficient service during peak hours

Requirements:

Prior barista or café experience preferred

Strong knowledge of espresso preparation and specialty coffee techniques

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Food handler's card or willingness to obtain one

Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
