Team Member: Shift Lead

Job Skills/Requirements:

Before you join our team there are a few basic requirements for the Shift Lead.

Ability to lead and train employees

Ability to manage the shop and understand proper closing

Ability to work Barista station

Customer service experience/natural ability

Overview:
