About the Role:

The Warehouse Cafe in Bonita Springs, FL is looking for an energetic and passionate Cafe Worker/Barista to join our team! If you love connecting with customers, creating good food and drinks and you thrive in a fast-paced cafe environment, this is the opportunity for you. Responsibilities:

Handle POS transactions accurately, including cash and card payments

Greet and assist customers in a friendly, efficient manner to ensure a positive guest experience

Restock supplies, monitor inventory, and communicate low stock to management

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, counter and dining areas.

Prepare and serve a variety of food items, espresso-based drinks, drip coffee, and specialty beverages to cafe standards

Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other cafe equipment

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

Requirements:

Previous barista or cafe experience preferred but not required — we're happy to train the right person

Strong customer service skills with a friendly, outgoing personality

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs

Flexible availability including mornings, weekends inc. Sunday, and holidays

Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one
