JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We provide dynamic restaurants, cafés and hotels with a boutique wholesale coffee program. In the outside Sales Executive role, you will contact existing and new customers and demonstrate the value of our coffee program. You will develop relationships with customers in the Midwest Region and create new sales opportunities that contribute to the growth of the territory.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and manage a pipeline of potential opportunities
Manage existing business relationships with the goal of 98% annual client retention
Assist clients with equipment issues, dispatch service technicians as needed
Provide technical support to clients
Conduct trainings
Work with customer service to ensure customer success and retention
Achieve and exceed monthly business development quotas

JOB REQUIREMENTS
We are seeking an outgoing, confident, high-energy and competitive professional with a solid background in specialty coffee business development.
Preferred Qualifications Include:
Recognized top sales performer with a track record of overachieving sales goals in past positions
Excel at prospecting and aggressively seeking new clients by networking, cold calling, canvassing, referrals or other means
Have strong listening and presentations skills and the ability to quickly build lucrative client relationships
Possess people skills which allow you to get in front of problems and proactively provide solutions
Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Marketing or equivalent training and experience
2+ years of experience in Specialty coffee, Hospitality or Food Service related Sales
Knowledge of coffee equipment
Ability for light travel
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs on a repetitive basis
Must be able to successfully pass background check
