POSITION SUMMARY: The Cage Associate is responsible for inventory control within a secure cage environment, including processing client orders using sales tickets, interpreting drawings or schematics, and collaborating with team members to deliver high‑quality results. This role requires a highly organized, detail‑oriented individual with a strong focus on inventory accuracy and a team‑first mindset.
This is a non‑exempt, hourly position based in the Oklahoma City metro area and reports to the Fulfillment Manager. The ideal candidate values accuracy, adapts quickly in a fast‑paced environment, and works effectively both independently and as part of a team. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, DMV check, and drug screening.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Fulfill large and complex orders accurately and efficiently
Travel to one or more installation job sites across the United States, as required, to learn the nature of the business
Safely use, maintain, and report any issues with company property, including trucks, trailers, tools, and equipment

Comply with all company dress code and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements

REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical coursework preferred
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong verbal communication skills with a customer‑focused approach
Experience safely using hand tools, power tools, and related equipment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with standard technology
Must have a smartphone with reliable internet access
Demonstrated experience in inventory control, particularly with small parts
Ability to assemble products and read/process bills of materials (BOMs)
Minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience, including welding and/or the ability to read schematics or technical drawings
Ability to sit, stand, twist, reach, push, and pull throughout the workday
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly; most items weigh between 2–20 pounds
Occasional team lifting may be required for items weighing up to 90 pounds
Willingness and ability to wear safety glasses, safety shoes, and all other required PPE
