EDUCATION: A four (4) year degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred. Equivalent work experience in a casino environment in either casino Cage, Slot, Sportsbook or Table Games areas acceptable.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of two (2) years of Supervisor experience in casino cage, credit, or count operations preferred. Four (4) years cashier or banking leadership experience acceptable. Previous casino or other fast paced high-volume environment preferred. Previous customer service experience, Previous leadership and or training experience. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS Must be able to be approved and maintain licensure by Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. May require standing, lifting, and handling currency for extended periods.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise all cage activity during assigned shifts, ensuring compliance, accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality guest service.
Act as operational authority in the absence of the Director.
Oversee Main Bank, Cage Cashiers, and transactional operations on shift.
Approve fills, credits, large transactions, exceptions, and system overrides.
Ensure compliance with PGCB requirements, Title 31, anti-fraud safeguards, and internal controls.
Resolve guest issues, variances, procedural concerns, and system discrepancies.
Supervise daily reconciliation, shift balancing, and reporting.
Train, coach, and evaluate cage team members.
Conduct shift audits and escalate issues to Director as required.
