- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, following proper procedures and protocols to ensure timely and accurate resolutions.
- Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and safety checks, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and guidelines.
- Collaborate with customers and colleagues to identify equipment issues, determine necessary repairs or replacements, and provide cost estimates.
- Order and procure necessary parts and materials according to established procedures and budgets.
- Complete service reports, documentation, and other administrative tasks in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring tools, equipment, and company vehicles are properly maintained and accounted for.
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements, product knowledge, and technical training to provide efficient and effective service solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and escalating issues when needed.
- Occasionally travel to customer sites to perform on-site repairs or installations.

Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in relevant field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and repair equipment issues accurately and efficiently.
- Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings.
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to independently work and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
