Job Description
Cahoot is seeking an experienced, organized, and resourceful individual to provide high-level executive support – including managing and coordinating calendars, travel, meetings, special projects, and administrative needs. This role reports directly to the CEO and will support other executives as needed.

Bookkeeping – including recording of payables, receivables, collections, reconciliation, and maintain financial statements, banking (deposits, reconciliation etc.) using QuickBooks Accounting software. Resolve customer billing issues.
Human Resources – Plan and organize social functions and morale and teamwork building events, enforcement of basic rules and policies, employee orientation and basic onboarding. Responsibilities include screening telephone calls, scheduling interviews, and assisting with planning new employee coordination meeting, and compiling materials.
General Office Management – Answer / screen incoming and direct callers to appropriate personnel, ensuring smooth office operations and managing various administrative duties, filing and maintaining records. Pick up, sort and distribute mail. Perform administrative duties for executive management. Responsibilities include making travel and meeting arrangements. Order office supplies and maintain office equipment. Work with Management to ensure compliance; develop and improve administrative operations policies and procedures.
Project Coordinator – Assist in marketing campaigns such as direct mail, bulk emails, surveys and data collection/analysis, market and competitive research, and assist with other marketing projects. Help organize and support other promotional activities such as webinars, trade shows and conferences. Work with internal and external parties to organize the various components needed to initiate, run and conclude assigned projects. Duties include coordinating schedules and activities, placing orders for supplies and services, and tracking progress and results. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
