Our Customer Service Representative maintains the weekly tasks of our customer service and sales representative teams.This customer service role assists in the development and execution of new protocols and programs that assist in improving our customer service department. Our goal is to improve company standards in order to improve consumer retention and interactions through our exceptional customer service
Responsibilities and Duties:
Supports programs that drive team performance toward departmental and organizational goals.
Help customer service and sales teams reach retention and sales goals
Assist in training new hires in customer service and sales staff
Maintain efficient and timely completion of tasks
Research new sales and customer service tactics
Conduct annual employee evaluation to ensure employee performance and consumer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred: Bachelors/Associates Degree
This is an Entry Level Customer Service role with opportunity for career advancement into management if desired.
Customer Service Candidates must be available to start IMMEDIATELY
Requirements:
Previous Customer Service Experience Preferred
Training/Leadership skills
Good consumer retention
Fantastic public speaking and communication skills
Ability to multitask
Fast-paced, collected work ethic
Troubleshoots and Identifies resolution to customer complaint
Self-Sufficient work schedule and organization
Good listener, and problem solving focused
Ability to work well Solo or with a Team

Ability to adapt to frequent change
