Job Summary We are seeking a Cake Decorator/Baker to join the team at our busy bakery! In this role, you will decorate bento cakes and occasionally assist with other pastries. You will be responsible for prepping for the week ahead alongside the head cake decorator. The ideal candidate has previous bakery experience and a passion for creating delicious cakes and pastries. Duties and Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize equipment and baking areas

Bake a variety of cakes and pastries

Decorate cakes and kawaii cookies

Prepare custom orders

Track, maintain, and order inventory as necessary

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a baker, pastry chef, or in a similar role is preferred

Ability to use professional-grade kitchen appliances and equipment

Knowledge of food safety practices

Previous experience decorating cakes

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Team player

Available for early morning shifts
