Responsibilities:

Design and decorate a variety of cakes for special occasions and daily sales.

Utilize various icing techniques to create visually appealing cake designs.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the decorating area.

Collaborate with production staff to ensure timely cake preparation and delivery.

Assist in inventory management of decorating supplies and ingredients.

Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in all cake products.

Engage with customers to fulfill custom cake orders and special requests.

Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to enhance decorating skills.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a cake decorator in a bakery or similar environment.

Strong knowledge of cake decorating techniques and tools.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating visually stunning cakes.

Strong communication skills and a positive team-oriented attitude.

Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
