    ACCOUNTING CLERK

    Performs basic clerical assignments of an accounting nature in relation to accounts payable, accounts receivable, or payroll functions in accordance with standard procedures. Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Review, organize, prepare for processing, and file accounting documents.
    • Analyze, prepare and input data.
    • Review data entry, reports, and daily tasks for accuracy and completeness.
    • Maintain transactions.
    • Prioritize daily workload to consistently meet deadlines.
    • Work with coworkers to accomplish daily task and occasional projects.
    • Communicate with personnel within and outside of the organization including but not limited to employees, customers, and vendors.
    • Establish and maintain effective communication and coordination with team members, other personnel, and management.
    • Perform regular duties with moderate supervision.

    Required Skills Required Experience

    Education, Skills and Experience:

    • High school diploma (or GED).
    • Reading, communication and math skills corresponding with a high school education or GED.
    • An intermediate level of computer skills.
    • Strong 10-key, typing and data entry skills.
    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Adapts easily to changing environment.
    • Able to learn quickly.
    • Team player with a positive attitude.
    • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • High degree of integrity with the ability to work with financial information discreetly and appropriately.
